- Photo documentation on every visit. You receive evidence of what we found and what we did, not a summary of how it felt. Foundation condition, existing slab thickness, utility locations - it’s in your record, dated and described.
Our Satisfaction Promise
If something’s not right, we fix it. The process is deliberate and specific.
First, you tell us what doesn’t match the permitted drawings or the written scope. We don’t ask you to prove it with a camera or a lawyer. We send the same crew lead or project manager who knows your site, not a new face reading notes.
Second, we photograph the issue the way we document everything else. You see what we see. No interpretation gap.
Third, we correct the work and re-inspect against the permit set. If a city re-inspection is required, we pull the permit amendment and meet the inspector. You don’t coordinate between designer and builder because we’re the same contract. That’s the point of our one-contract design-build model.
The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers the full year after final inspection because some issues don’t appear in the first 30 days.
